Day Three:

Two things today:

1) I made a braised lamb shank tortelloni with an amazing sauce. Probably on fotocuisine tomorrow.

2) One of my top-3 ice cream flavors is peppermint. Usually, peppermint is only available for a couple months a year. Guess which time of year this is?

I love peppermint ice-cream too...luckily we get it all year around. You should be able to make some with your culinary talents.

I'm sure I could give it a try, but I think part of the appeal is that it's only around for a few months a year :)
