Every now and then, just when I've about given up hope on the guy and his liberties with the constitution (as opposed to the much more desirable guarding of constitutional liberties), he does something like this.
If he were here, I would pinch his cheek and pat him on the head. Provided that wouldn't get me locked up in Cuba.

J was big on the people (not government) owning land in the US, then he goes ahead and does the Louisianna Purchase. Politicians...*shrug*
