I just paid $1.53/gallon for regular unleaded, and I know Atlanta has some of the lowest priced gasoline in the country. What the hell are the rest of you paying?

Actually, I am really curious. What do y'all pay for gasoline/petrol? Here is a currency converter if you're outside the US.

(for the metrically inclined, 1 US Gallon = 3.79 liters, that works out to around US$0.40/liter)

Between Iraq and Venezuela, I think we're going to have to go back to horses. At least grass is relatively inexpensive.

that's approximately what i pay... though i don't get gas very often because i don't drive very much (i walk to/from work). but i think i've seen $1.37 around somewhere?? the cheapo station? =)

Ours fluctuates but regular unleaded just bounced up to 1.64 per gal.

It's hovering around 1 EUR per liter here... so roughly $1.05 or something a liter... so a lot more than the US, be happy. Germany is expensive.

Regular unleaded is up to $1.80 here. Two summers ago it was $2.10. The attendant, when asked if it was legal for him to fuck me like that at the pumps, claimed this is a high rent area and he needs to charge more.

All I could think of then was how much rent *I* pay, and then I cried.
