I just paid $1.53/gallon for regular unleaded, and I know Atlanta has some of the lowest priced gasoline in the country. What the hell are the rest of you paying?
Actually, I am really curious. What do y'all pay for gasoline/petrol? Here is a currency converter if you're outside the US.
(for the metrically inclined, 1 US Gallon = 3.79 liters, that works out to around US$0.40/liter)
Between Iraq and Venezuela, I think we're going to have to go back to horses. At least grass is relatively inexpensive.

Normally, we the US gets just as much oil from Venezuela as we get from Saudi Arabia...except that Venezuela hasn't been pumping any oil for the last month. We don't get too much from Iraq, in fact France gets more oil from Iraq than we do, but war in the region will throw a wrench into shipping and storage.
