Holy OPEC, batman!

I just paid $1.53/gallon for regular unleaded, and I know Atlanta has some of the lowest priced gasoline in the country. What the hell are the rest of you paying?

Actually, I am really curious. What do y'all pay for gasoline/petrol? Here is a currency converter if you're outside the US.

(for the metrically inclined, 1 US Gallon = 3.79 liters, that works out to around US$0.40/liter)

Between Iraq and Venezuela, I think we're going to have to go back to horses. At least grass is relatively inexpensive.

If I've calculated correctly, we're paying about US$2.24 per gallon.

I paid A$1.002 per litre when I put fuel in yesterday, so that's how it works out for us ...
