Christey would call this the "Documentation of our Trip to Hell" post.

So, I have this crab pot. And, I tossed it in behind my house a couple days ago with some bait. Today, there were three blue crabs, a stone crab (out of season -- he went back), a pinfish (went back) and a small grouper (which shocked the hell out of me. But it was tiny, and of a species that is closed, so he went back, too).

A grand total of three blue crabs isn't a bad catch, though. So lunch was taaaaasty! I love where I live. Where else could you get fresh blue crab right out of the backyard?
