I did it!
I have to go to Barcelona in late April for a conference -- it's just about 99% confirmed. But, I also get to jet to London for 2 or 3 days to play after the conference! This is what I was trying to finagle schedules for during the last few days...I love London, and maybe I'll get away to see Stonehenge or some of the other outside-of-London sites (if the English coppers trust me with a car after the last time I tried to drive in England...)
I am jazzed as hell! After conferences and business trips in such shining metropolii as Newark, New Jersey, seniority finally pays off!
