petermarcusToday has been posting mania, hasn't it? I do one post every two-three days, then a half-dozen today.
Just cooked dinner. Cajun blackened shrimp over trinity rice, with a spicy New Orleans cream sauce. I screwed up the sauce -- it was very tasty, but it didn't look all that great. Kinda tore itself apart. Yum, though :)
