Phyllo Wrapped Chili Grouper with Almond Beurre Noisette

This was good. Crunchy almonds and phyllo, perfectly cooked grouper, and mild and spicy chilies with some sharp cheddar.

Add in some preachiness on my part about eating local vs. world cuisine.
