Day Three:

Two things today:

1) I made a braised lamb shank tortelloni with an amazing sauce. Probably on fotocuisine tomorrow.

2) One of my top-3 ice cream flavors is peppermint. Usually, peppermint is only available for a couple months a year. Guess which time of year this is?

Yeah, weird. Usually it saves comments for moderation (there are an amazing amount of spammers who target food blogs), but I didn't see it in there. May have been a momentary thing -- I host it on my own server and it's been flaky lately, but I tried a test comment just now and it went through. Thanks for the visit :)
