Day Two

I just might have found a source for veal bones in this Podunk(*) town.

---
(*) Firefox spell check insists I capitalize Podunk. I didn't realize it was enough of a word that spell check would recognize it. So I looked it up and: Podunk is an Algonquian word referring to the Podunk people, and marshy locations (the word literally means: "where you sink in mire"). The Podunk themselves seemed to have lived between two rivers, hence the marshiness. A small town was named after them, and inspired Mark Twain to write: "They even know it in Podunk, wherever that may be."

The fact that this footnote is longer than the post is in direct proportion to the time that can be spent hopping from topic to topic on Wikipedia. The entertainment value of this is another happy thing for today, thus bringing this post full circle.
