I made white pizza agan. Been in the mood for garlic lately, and this'll give it to you:

Marcus' White Pizza:
1 brick Feta Cheese
1 block Mozzerella cheese
1 pre-made pizza crust (I'm a good cook, but I'm a lazy cook)
1/4 stick butter
As much garlic as you can stand (I use 3 cloves)
1/4 cup olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 450.
Chop garlic into smithereens (it's a chef's term)
Dice butter into tiny cubes
Grate mozzerella (don't cheat and eat any. Who am I trying to kid, I eat it too.)
Crumble feta cheese onto pizza crust
Toss butter pieces randomly over the feta
Scatter garlic randomly over feta and butter
Cover whole shebang (another chef's term) with mozzerella
Brush olive oil around outside edge of crust (makes it crunchy).
Put in oven for 10 minutes, or until mozzerella melts and turns golden.

For this recipe, you gotta love garlic and strong cheese. Feta is a bit salty, so don't add any more salt, or use non-salted butter if you're watching your sodium. If you're watching your cholesterol, then forget this recipe and get some celery sticks instead.

Going to Dallas tomorrow morning, I'll be beat when I get back into town tomorrow night.

Mmmmm. That sounds a lot like my pizza recipe, except that I use Mozzarella and Colby. And I sautee finely diced garlic and onions until soft/clear, then add shredded (fresh, not that canned/frozen stuff) spinach leaves, cover the pan and let the spinach soak in the onion and garlic. Then I add the spinach to the pizza sauce (or for me, tomato sauce, pinch sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes (like 1/4 tsp, but I never measure for sure), and basil). I use the pre-made crust, too (for same reasons!)--Boboli. I rarely add any toppings, because the garlic-y flavor, as well as the pepper flavor, is enough.

Some people do use sauteed spinach -- I like it that way every now and then. Sauteed sun-dried tomatoes are good too, or roasted peppers. Sometimes sauteed basil leaves (whole, fresh leaves, not dried). With white pizza, I don't add tomato sauce -- it's supposed to be cheese only (with pockets of garlic butter -- yum)

Yeah, good point, it is a white pizza.

Still sounds yummy. :)
