Flat Iron Bordelaise
Dec. 8th, 2008 01:55 pmThis weekend, I made a flat iron bordelaise, with some braised root veggies. It almost wiped out my demi-glace stash, though, so I may have to do another 2-3 day epic of stock reduction.
