Ya know, any normal politician would pardon/commute their supporters and cronies on their last day of office instead of a year-plus to go. The Clintons understood this time-honored political tradition. One might say they understood it with a vengeance.

Ah, well. I guess his poll numbers can't get any lower. There has to be room for Congress, after all.
