Brain teaser.

So, there aren't really any instructions, except the couple hints given by the little question mark in the bottom corner. You just fiddle with everything until it you puzzle it out. Think Rube Goldberg meets Quentin Tarantino. I've smeared the little guys all over the place and I still haven't beat it yet.
