So I incorporated again in Florida. I remember when incorporating was a long process with a lot of paper. Now it's all online -- incorporation, FEI application, unemployment application, state tax application... all online.

Of course, you need to print out each successful stage, so I am sitting next to a stack of paper. But I didn't have to write on it. Just print it and file it. And pay $78 to the State of Florida.

I'm officially an incorporated computer services consultant again :)
