Back home, but still sick. I didn't get in until after 2am last night (thunderstorms up and down the East Coast), which doesn't help. I feel better than yesterday, though, so I have hope.

Rest today, aaahhh.

According to WebMD, I am no longer contagious (I'm on day four), but I sometimes wonder if the rhinovirus feels well at home in a spacious nose like mine.

Salt air, tequila and OJ, a beautiful sunset on the beach, and a lovely, upwind friend can only help, right?
