One of the things that continually surprises me about the North is this: When you turn the cold water knob, the water that comes out is actually cold.

In (on?) Long Island. Long week ahead. I got a lot of sun this weekend with my family, though, so my tan is making the locals raise their eyebrows. As long as I don't start peeling by Friday, I should get some mileage out of it.
