And in the last two days, I think I've spent a total of 5 hours on hold getting all my utilities transfered to the new apartment. That's about 5 hours of listening to bad hold music, interrupted by helpful pointers that what I needed could most likely be done on their website so I wouldn't have to wait on hold so much. Except that moving service can't be done from their websites, so I had to keep listening to friendly, moronic advice that didn't apply to me.
They're all transfered though! Now, catching up on LJ... (fun Friday, eh? Bah, I'm going out later.)
