sammystudio this evening, at an Irish pub in Buckhead. The guy is great -- I'm not sure what I was expecting, you never really know how someone's online persona and real-life persona may match or whether someone you know online may be completely different. He was more soft-spoken than I expected, and though I know he's no slouch in the brains department, he's a lot more literate and articulate than the multiple ellipses (...) might lead a casual reader to believe.

Unfortunately, the lucky bastard is going to Miami in a few days, and I'm stuck here in this cold, cold weather.
