Heh, I'm hungry.

Every Christmas I cook a four or five course meal for my family. I've been finalizing the menu tonight, checking recipes and combining ideas. I might be just about done. This will be a big one this year -- I think there will be 11 of us if you include all the spouses/fiancees/family. I'm focusing on some dishes that can be prepped ahead.

So I've been looking at pictures of food all afternoon.

So I'm hungry.

That looks great. It's pretty hard to screw up salmon -- it's just delicious.
