Ah, work over (more or less. I have some work to do here and there, just not the 9-12 hour a day stuff). Tomorrow morning, down to Florida. It was chilly today, just enough to want to get the hell on vacation for a while.

I got most of my prep list done (and I'm not really a list-maker, I just have a bunch of half-formed post-it-notes that sometimes pop into my brain at the right time.

I am itching my neck as I got a haircut. It doesn't go well with my scruffy, untrimmed goatee and my lack-of-shaving lately. I plan to remedy the facial hair thing soon.

I bought the next two Harry Potter books for light vacation reading.

I have a roadrunner bandage on my right arm as I now have a bunch of Influenza A&B corpses lodged in my tricep. Normally, my immune system seems good enough to fight off random bouts with the flu. However, I've been traveling a lot lately (as my journal will attest). A good immune system is no match for a four hour plane ride with forced, recycled air, as I found out last winter. So, I got a flu shot this year.

I wrenched the hell out of my neck last night. It hurts :(
