78 hours since my last cigarette. I've been chewing gum because of this annoying taste in my mouth. Not as jumpy today as I was yesterday -- day 3 is always the hardest for me.

This nicotine patch stuck to my chest seems to be helping.

I keep tugging on my beard under my lower lip -- I don't know what to do with my hands or this oral fixation-withdrawal. (That was not meant to be an erotic sentence...but then again, there it is.)

I donno... they are all basing their opinions of you on your poeting postings and your cutie LJ icons. I think you should set a date for this fall and give them all a chance to make their flight plans. ;-)
