There have been a lot of cover songs lately of classic songs by alternative groups. I'm getting way tired of The Atari's "Boys of Summer". As meran555 points out, Diamond Star Halo's "Gimme Shelter" is pretty hot (http://www.diamondstarhalo.com).


But, I will never, never, never accept Limp Bizkit doing "Behind Blue Eyes". Musically, I suppose it's kind of interesting, but I can't get past the video I saw of Fred Durst looking all angsty and misunderstood. (Though, Halle Berry...*sigh*)

I lost most of my vinyl due to mutiple moves in the last few years. I still have "So" though. "Your eyes" still sends a shiver down my spine. And she said Tracy Chapman was the only artist from the 80's. .:smack's her:. (Kidding, I would never hit a lady.)
