There have been a lot of cover songs lately of classic songs by alternative groups. I'm getting way tired of The Atari's "Boys of Summer". As [livejournal.com profile] meran555 points out, Diamond Star Halo's "Gimme Shelter" is pretty hot (http://www.diamondstarhalo.com).

But, I will never, never, never accept Limp Bizkit doing "Behind Blue Eyes". Musically, I suppose it's kind of interesting, but I can't get past the video I saw of Fred Durst looking all angsty and misunderstood. (Though, Halle Berry...*sigh*)

I got a 46.9, but the bastard took off 30% because he called me a yuppie.

I lost most of my vinyl due to mutiple moves in the last few years. I still have "So" though. "Your eyes" still sends a shiver down my spine. And she said Tracy Chapman was the only artist from the 80's. .:smack's her:. (Kidding, I would never hit a lady.)
