Jan. 4th, 2009 08:13 pmMmmmmm. Lobster. Florida has it's own spiny lobster variety, with no claws, but nothing beats a fresh Maine lobster. Except the price. But, there's a local place that flies them in from time to time, and I guess it's season right now, because the price was $7.95/lb instead of the usual $14-$16/lb.
So, I made lobster rolls. With a fresh, homemade, garlicky aioli instead of mayo.
