Dec. 4th, 2008 11:07 amWhen I moved back to Florida from Atlanta, there was a gas station near my house that was $1.77/gallon. It stayed $1.77 for almost a year straight -- that's just what gas cost.
Then, of course, gas hit $2, $3, $2, $3, $4. If you told me this summer that I'd see gas at $1.73 -- cheaper than when I moved here five years ago -- I wouldn't have believed it.
