Top Chef 4.8 -- Family Budget

The real test was not cooking with the product placement, it was to test what the chefs would fall back on, given a huge crunch. Got 15 minutes to serve something? What have you cooked 15,000 times before? What is your go-to dish that you could cook with your eyes closed, a dish that arbitrarily includes rice?
