When Don Rickles was starting out, Frank Sinatra walked into the club while he was performing. Without missing a beat (or thinking clearly), Rickles says: "Hey there Frank, make yourself at home -- hit someone!" Frank's entourage completely froze, thinking Frank was going to explode. Instead, he laughed his ass off and everyone relaxed. Frank started calling him "bullet head" and encouraged all his friends to see Rickles' routine and get insulted.
