Random life stuff

Got a nice Tropical Storm going on right now. For us (about halfway up the West side of Florida) it just means a whole lot of rain and a bit of wind for the next 30 hours.

So, over the last several months, Christey got me into the Joss Whedon universe (ie. Buffy and Angel), and we've just started the Firefly DVDs. Lo and behold, there's going to be a Firefly/Serenity movie this fall, and two weeks from now in a bunch of cities around the country there's going to be a sneak preview. Through pure and total luck, I scored a couple tickets, so Christey and I will be seeing the movie a few months before it's released :)
