I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate.
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to die.

--Roy Batty (Rutger Hauer)

One of the best death scenes in modern movies.

This is one of my favorite movies, I'm not sure why. Harrison Ford just about sleepwalks through the whole thing, though the movie is really about what's going around Deckard more than Deckard himself. Roger Ebert says: "Ford is always good when surrounded by amazing visuals, perhaps because he keeps cool and does not seem to notice them."

I bought the director's cut of Blade Runner the other day. Good stuff.

When the three major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) have to make a choice between President Bush speaking about Iraq, and the end of May ratings sweeps...and the networks pick the sweeps...it only proves one thing:

America deserves Bush.
