(no subject)

I am sore. I can't believe the weekend is over already. It went by in a flurry of house hunting and auto repair.

My sister's car died last week – the transmission died. A friend of ours found a used transmission, so between yesterday and today, a friend and I have been taking off the old transmission and putting on the "new" one. Add in assorted dings, bashes, cuts, and bruises, and we're almost done. It gets dark too quickly these days.

But, in between, I think I might have found a place to live. I talk to the realtor tomorrow, filling out the paperwork and leaving a deposit, so I'm not going to jinx it by talking about it too much.





But I love it. Now, of course, I'm glad I didn't get the other place :)
