Consider:

Tilapia, pan seared with spices, over sauteed linguini al dente, chunks of eggplant, tomato, and wild mushroom, a spicy (yet lightly applied) tomato sauce, mixed with blanched spinach and topped with mixed sprouts.

A Grey Goose vodka martini before dinner, Jack Daniels Single Barrel after dinner.

All in all, a nice dinner and a great evening at my favorite haunt.
