My So-Called Random Life
Apr. 15th, 2001 10:21 am(Man, I always thought Claire Danes was a cutie. Especially with that dyed-red hair and those grey eyes...damn, why didn't anyone look like that when I was in HS? Now I have to think kids half my age are cute. But I digress, and I haven't even started my post yet.)
Been awhile since I've posted. Real Life(tm) has a way of grabbing me. There aren't enough hours in a day sometimes....followed a week later by too much idle time.
I'm working my day-job, which is pulling a tremendous amount of hours due to a big deadline. Plus, I have two side-jobs that are getting busy. So, do I immerse myself in work? Nah, I buy a computer game (No One Lives Forever -- a really campy 60's style James Bond meets Austin Powers, but mostly serious). The game rocks, but makes me feel guilty about procrastinating. I play anyway. I need the escape.
