Here's what I did: no sour cream - used yoghurt no tomatoes - drained some from a chunky salsa i had lime - check! no chilli powder - so i used a touch of tabasco and ground pepper CUMIN! now this was a nice addition i'd never have thought of.

Cumin is my secret spice for Mexican food, I use it in a lot of dishes to give a Tex-Mex zing ;)
