We're having an honest-to-god thunderstorm right now! In January! I heard it was supposed to be 70 degrees tomorrow, and I found that hard to believe as it was in the upper 40s/low 50s today. That must be some seriously unstable air heading towards us if it's thundering.
Of course, I can't quite sit here and enjoy it. I have to go shopping. I have no trashbags. Or shaving cream. Or food, for that matter. Just plenty of beer, which I'm avoiding because of my sore throat. I do have some whiskey, though. Hmmm.
The head cold is better, I'm only mildly wacked out. Workstress hit me like a ton of....well, it doesn't matter. A ton of feathers or a ton of lead is still a ton.

Next time I go to Sambuca's, I'll hit up the bartender for the recipe. Then I can properly make one in LA (or at least instruct a bartender there how to make one :)
